We offer in house training for many fitness chains, all we require is a minimum of ten participants and we bring the certification to you at a time that is convenient to you. We can offer all four cycle programs for your staff; the seven hour certification is a great way to ensure that all instructors are up to date with the latest information. It also offers consistency in your group cycling programs and ensures all instructors are following occupational health and safety procedures. The advanced three hour program is a great way to revise safety guidelines, team building, bike positioning, technique and of course get enthused with new ideas and training programs. The three hour is recommended for instructors who are experienced and fully certified indoor cyclists.
